ITC Maratha’s Peshwa Pavilion Invites Guests on A Celebration of Authentic Lebanese Flavours.
ITC Maratha’s Peshwa Pavilion is set to transport guests to the heart of Lebanon with A Journey to Lebanon, a specially curated dining experience celebrating the rich and vibrant flavors of Lebanese cuisine. Taking place from 21st to 23rd February, this exclusive affair promises an authentic taste of Middle Eastern culinary heritage.
The meticulously crafted menu features a delectable selection of Lebanese classics, including creamy Hummus, Smoky Babaganoush, rich Muhammara, and velvety Labneh as part of the Cold Mezze. Guests can also relish freshly baked pita and Turkish pide, along with traditional dolmas (stuffed grape leaves) and fragrant herbed pilaf. For those craving grilled delicacies, the succulent Shish Taouk (marinated chicken skewers) will be a highlight, perfectly complemented by Batata Harra, a spiced potato dish with garlic and coriander.
Guests can savour these dishes through a Dinner Buffet on the 21st and 22nd of February from 7:00 pm to 11:30 pm, priced at ₹3,000+ taxes per person, or indulge in a relaxing Sunday Brunch on 23rd of February from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm, available at ₹3,300+ taxes per person. Both experiences include soft beverages.
