ORANGE MINGLE
Glass: Nick & Nora
Ingredients:
45 ml – Glenmorangie Original
2 ml – Orange Marmalade
10 ml – Aperol
15 ml – Lemon Juice
10 ml – Orange Juice
25 ml – Egg White
Orange Bitters
Garnish: Edible Flowers
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker and reverse dry shake. Double strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with bitters and edible flowers.
Glenmorangie - Orange Highball
ORANGE HIGHBALL
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
50 ml – Glenmorangie Original
50 ml – Soda Water
50 ml – Tonic Water
Orange Wedges
Garnish: Orange Wedge
Directions:
Fill a highball with ice and add Glenmorangie. Squeeze on wedge into the glass and then top with Soda and Tonic Water. Garnish with an Orange Wedge.
Hennessy Ginger Mule
HENNESSY GINGER MULE
Glass: Copper Mule Mug
Ingredients:
60 ml – Hennessy Very Special
20 ml – Lime Juice
2 Dashes – Angostura Bitters
Ginger Ale
Garnish: Dehydrated Lime Wheel/Lime Wedge
Directions:
Pour Hennessy Very Special, lime juice and bitters into a copper mule mug. Add ice cubes and top up with ginger beer/ginger ale. Stir with a bar spoon. Garnish and serve.
Henny-Cillin
HENNY-CILLIN
Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
50 ml – Hennessy VS
5 ml – Ardbeg 10/Smoky Whisky
22 ml – fresh lemon juice
22 ml – Honey Syrup
3 slices – fresh ginger
Garnish: Candied Ginger
Directions:
Muddle the fresh ginger in the bottom of a shaker. Add the Glenmorangie, lemon juice, and honey syrup; add ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Pour the Ardbeg over the back of a bar spoon so that it floats atop the drink.
Ginger Hennessy-To
GINGER HENNESSY-TO
Glass: Collins
Ingredients:
60 ml – Hennessy Very Special
22 ml – Lime Juice
15 ml – Honey Water
15 ml – Fresh Ginger Juice
5-7 mint leaves
Garnish: Mint Bouquet
Directions:
Muddle the mint in a shaker tin, then add the remaining ingredients, plus ice. Shake to chill, double strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with soda, float with the blackstrap, then garnish.
Hennessy Ginger Sour
HENNESSY GINGER SOUR
Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
Absinthe
50 ml – Hennessy Very Special
22 ml – lime juice
20 ml – fresh ginger syrup
Egg white
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Candied Ginger/Lemon Peel
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker – dry shake first, then add ice until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a candied ginger/lemon peel.
Belvedere Super Cocktail – Turmeric
BELVEDERE SUPER COCKTAIL – TURMERIC
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
45 ml – Belvedere Vodka or Belvedere Ginger Zest
30 ml – Fresh Lime Juice
20 ml – Honey Syrup
60 ml – Moroccan Mint Tea
60 ml – Ginger Beer
1 dash – Turmeric
Garnish: Mint Sprig
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a shaker except for the soda. Strain into a highball glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig.
Belvedere Super Cocktail – Carrot
BELVEDERE SUPER COCKTAIL – CARROT
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
45 ml – Belvedere Vodka
150 ml – Fresh Carrot Juice
20 ml – Fresh Lemon Juice
½ bar spoon – Miso or Dashi Powder
½ bar spoon – Ginger or Ginger Syrup
1 dash – Chili Flakes
7 ml – Honey Syrup
Garnish: Carrot Stem / Chili Flakes
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with two ice cubes. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and garnish with carrot stem/chili flakes.
Polska Mary
POLSKA MARY
Glass: Highball
Ingredients:
45 ml – Belvedere Vodka
20 ml – Tomato Juice
20 ml – Passata
20 ml – Beetroot Juice (optional)
10 ml – Lemon Juice (optional)
10 ml – Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes – Tabasco
Pinch Celery Salt
Garnish: 1 Lemon Wedge
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a highball glass, and fill with ice. Stir to combine. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

A bit about me:
A luxury and fashion journalist with 25 years of experience in publishing and magazine journalism, I have edited some of India’s top fashion and luxury magazines. I got my BA in Comparative Literature from UC Berkeley, and went on to receive my Master’s in English and French from the University of Strasbourg, France. I have also studied German and Film. I live in Gurugram, India, and look forward to once again exploring our world with a new-found freedom.
