The mocktails are the perfect thirst slakers for humid days. Try the Jamun Fizz, Pink Dream and a coconutty savoury sweet Coco Cascade. Or try a cocktail – Plum Perfect with vodka and plum saccharum, or Mango Mistique with mango-infused tequila, pineapple, citrus, and honey.

Chicago style hot dogs

The Arancini is not the miniature, finger food found on most menus, but a slightly bigger sphere of bocconcini-filled cheesiness; the falafel-filled Shawarma or Pita Sandwich comes with a tasty hummus and pickled vegetables. There’s also a Chapli Kebab with raw banana, ulta tawa paratha, tamarind glaze, and mint salsa.
