A decision to be the best
Newby was founded in London over two decades ago – and today, all the selection and packaging is done in a state-of-the-art factory in Kolkata, with only five percent of tea leaves grown worldwide meeting their high standards, kept by rigorous systems of quality control, including testing at Eurofins Labs for fluoride and pesticide content. Only the first and second flush leaves go into making Newby teas. These are leaves that are either plucked when they are tender, or in the prime of their youth.
