We celebrate light, even in the darkest moments. We’ve got our Ray-Ban sunglasses and we’re more than ready to beat you at your game. We’re on. In a holiday season like this one, now more than ever the brand realizes that it’s time to be true to yourself. Ray-Ban’s new campaign You’re On, celebrates life lived in the moment in snapshots of authentic, uninhibited joy. It captures spontaneous moments of genuine behaviour, lived as the most authentic version of yourself.
Ray-Ban's I shaped OctagonsCelebrating Ray-Ban’s timeless essence, the fashion brand’s latest campaign features iconic frames that feel more authentic than ever. The I-Shaped Octagons embody the joyful free spirit of the 60s and 70s, with their oversized geometry and expressive personality. Back from the Ray-Ban archives, they are built for being yourself in, and grabbing life with both hands.
Ray-Ban Frank with green lensesStraight from the 90s, the Frank features the original colours and vintage gold Ray-Ban logo. The light metallic frames are made for fun and creativity, whatever version of yourself you want to be. And the Wayfarer, born in the 50s, has been loved by dreamers, adventurers and pop-culture legends ever since. The Wayfarer family continues with the State Street. Its elegant, squared shape, crafted from acetate and available in a selection of colours, creates a contemporary style.
Ray-Ban WayfarersThe campaign portrays two gamers playing pinball, giving it their all, unaware of their surroundings. Today, people are always under the eyes of others; conditioned to overthink their lives rather than live in the moment. The protagonists in the campaign, showcasing their Ray-Ban styles, revel in their truest selves, enjoying the moment no matter who is watching. The idea is that wearing Ray-Ban gives you that confidence to live your best life.
Ray-Ban_You're On campaignThe campaign is currently live on social media platforms, creating engagements at multiple levels.
Lifestyle Insider is a kind of junction point, connecting people with diverse interests that touch on the more luxurious aspects of lifestyle – fashion, design, travel, food and spirits, art, watches and jewellery, cars, yachts, and aviation, and technology. People today don’t fit into boxes and categories. In our individual ways, we are interested in diverse themes, products, and the challenges that face our world today. You will judge how well this effort of mine caters to your passions and proclivities.
Lifestyle Insider is a showcase of all that is beautiful and luxe. Behind every creation, is a designer, chef, entrepreneur, or a design maison. I have delved into my own appreciation for objetsde luxe that I have admired over the years – be it a love of fashion from the world’s top Parisian and Italian fashion maisons and their ’90s muses, or the care that goes into sari and Indian textile collections in my own family. Growing up on four continents, as the daughter of a former Indian Ambassador, I’ve seen a remarkable array of historic places and met a myriad people. My aim is to bring my world view into this website, a curation of what I find particularly stunning, unique, and newsworthy.
It’s an exciting time for brands all over the world. With change comes opportunity. With the global ‘reset’ and uncertainty on many fronts, there is a chance to write a new script. Let’s be those pioneers.
